Mr. Gerbino is the Founder of Titan and is the CEO and Chairman of the Titan Board of Directors. He has been active in the oil industry for the last 21 years.

Mr. Gerbino is the Founder of Titan and is the CEO and Chairman of the Titan Board of Directors. He has been active in the oil industry for the last 21 years. Mr. Gerbino was the head of Kenneth J Gerbino & Company, an investment management firm, for 45 years. His company managed the Gerbino Gold Group, LLC, a mining hedge fund as well as private equity accounts. Mr. Gerbino previously was a Director of the Los Angeles Unified School District Annuity Reserve Board, Athena Gold Corporation, and Fortress Technologies, Inc. Mr. Gerbino was a former co-manager of the publicly traded mutual fund, The Growth & Income Fund, part of the Reserve Funds family of Funds. He was the Founder and ex-Chairman of the American Economic Council, a nationwide economic reform group credited with the passage of the United States Gold Coin Act of 1984, establishing the U.S. Gold Eagle coin. AEC seminars included participation by Alan Greenspan, Nobel Laureate F. A. Hayek and Robert Bleiberg, Editor-in-Chief of Barrons. Mr. Gerbino is a former member of the Senatorial Trust in Washington, D.C. He is a former financial analyst for Litton Industries and Republic Corporation. Mr. Gerbino holds a Bachelor of Science from Ithaca College and a Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University.

Dr. Hill is an internationally acknowledged expert in Oil & Gas Microbiology and Radiation Biology. He has published over 130 scientific papers.

Dr. Hill is an internationally acknowledged expert in Oil & Gas Microbiology and Radiation Biology. He has published over 130 scientific papers on microbiology, cells, immunology and other subjects. He served as an associate professor of Radiation Oncology and Molecular Immunology and Microbiology, and Head of Experimental Radiotherapy, USC Keck School of Medicine in Los Angeles. He has also served as a visiting associate professor of Human Oncology, University of Wisconsin and Radiological Sciences, Colorado State University. Dr. Hill also serves as Chief Consultant Scientist for Biofriendly Corporation and Live Oil Services, Limited. He is a consultant scientist for Stayhealthy Inc. He serves on the editorial boards of numerous international journals and scientific publications and has received numerous honors and awards. He has been an invited speaker and lecturer at universities and conferences in the U.S., Canada, Japan, Scotland, the Netherlands, Germany and other venues. Dr. Hill holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry/Radiation Biology from Brunel University, London and European Center for Nuclear Research, a Bachelor of Science from Brunel University, and a Higher National Diploma in Applied Biology and Microbiology from Northeast London Polytechnic. He was elected as Fellow to the Royal Chartered Institute of Biology, London.

Vice President of Technology / Director

Mr. Carroll has served in technology, operations, sales, marketing, and renewable energy leadership roles across Titan, Biofriendly Corporation, and HeliosAtlas Corp.

Mr. Carroll serves as Vice President of Technology for Titan Oil Recovery, Inc. and its predecessor company, Live Oil Services, Limited, which merged with Titan. He was Senior Vice President Operations for Biofriendly Corporation, the developer of an environmental combustion catalyst fuel additive for hydrocarbon fuel sources. He previously served as Vice President Sales and Marketing for Biofriendly Corporation and was a Senior Project Engineer for Peck/Jones Construction. Mr. Carroll holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo. Mr. Carroll is the CEO of HeliosAtlas Corp., a renewable energy company manufacturing and distributing renewable energy products in the United States and internationally.

Mr. Evans retired in 2020 as Vice President of Halliburton’s Integrated Asset Management Group. He has extensive global oil and gas asset management experience.

His international experience includes operating and service assignments in Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America.

John Sibert III

Dr. Sibert is the former Manager of Research and Development for Atlantic Richfield and has served as a consultant to NASA and Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

Mr. Marcotte was the CEO of Titan for nine years before retirement. He has over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Mr. Marcotte was the CEO of Titan for nine years before retirement. He has over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, ranging from technical positions to executive management. During his career with Unocal Corporation, Mr. Marcotte held the positions of President Unocal Thailand, President Unocal Indonesia, and President Unocal the Netherlands. In these capacities, he was responsible for all aspects of oil and gas exploration, development and production for the respective countries—onshore, offshore and in deep-water environments. He also served as Corporate Vice President Public Policy, Health Environment and Safety, Vice President Unocal U.S. Western Region, Vice President of Technology and Asset Management and Chairman of the Unocal Foundation. He has also held technical engineering and management positions in petroleum engineering, drilling and production operations. Mr. Marcotte has served as President of the Board for the Indonesian Petroleum Association, Vice Chairman of the Petroleum Institute of Thailand’s Council of Trustees, member of the Thailand Development Research Institute, the Sasin Graduate School of Chulalongkorn University Advisory Council, and board member of the Kenan Institute Asia. He was a member of the Board for the American Indonesian Exchange Foundation and received the American Community Council Award for Community Service in the Netherlands. He has served on the board of San Joaquin Community Hospital in Bakersfield, California and was honored in 2005 as a Distinguished Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Marcotte graduated from the University of Southern California in 1971 with a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering. He completed Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School International Advanced Executive Program in Bergenstock, Switzerland and undertook graduate studies in engineering management at the University of Alaska, Anchorage.

Dr. Heeger has been the recipient of many prestigious Honorary Degrees at leading domestic and international colleges and universities.
