Koala Royalties Inc. is the successor company to Titan Oil Recovery Inc. Koala has the same tax I.D number, the same Board of Directors and the same shareholders. Only the name has changed.
Koala will be the entity responsible for the administration and overseeing of the royalties from Hunting PLC who purchased the intellectual property of Titan in March of 2025.
Our goal is to allow shareholders transparent governance, easy to understand royalty payment and distribution methods, timely tax information and news about Hunting, Organic Oil Recovery (OOR) and the energy industry.

Successor to Titan Oil Recovery, Inc.
Koala Royalties is a royalty company established as the successor corporation to Titan Oil Recovery, Inc. Following the sale of all assets related to the proprietary Titan Process, Koala Royalties’ primary purpose is to administer and oversee the distribution of consideration received from the transaction.
All intellectual property rights and related privileges associated with the Titan Process were sold for valuable consideration consisting of a cash payment and a 15-year, 15% royalty based on net revenue derived from the technology. These royalty payments are payable by Hunting Energy Services Production Technology, Inc..

All rights and privileges derived from the intellectual property have been purchased for good and valuable consideration of a combination of a cash payment and a 15-year, 15% Royalty based on the net revenue from the technology payable from Hunting Energy Services Production Technology, Inc.
(Hunting). The Company’s primary purpose is to administer the distribution of the consideration received from Hunting. Koala's new website is under construction with details and information of the future benefits to shareholders and we look forward to communicating to you and hearing from you soon.
