Koala Royalties is incorporated as a royalty company as a successor corporation for the former Titan Oil Recovery, Inc. which has sold all assets related to the proprietary Titan Process. All rights and privileges derived from the intellectual property have been purchased for good and valuable consideration of a combination of a cash payment and a 15-year, 15% Royalty based on the net revenue from the technology payable from Hunting Energy Services Production Technology, Inc. (Hunting). The Company’s primary purpose is to administer the distribution of the consideration received from Hunting.
